PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT

I/We hereby employ FoxFire Investigations, LLC to represent me/us in the following matter: __________________________________________________________________________

As consideration, I/we agree to pay in advance all anticipated costs, plus on demand, a fee as follows:

$______ per hour for the first investigator, $_____ per hour each additional investigator, _____ per mile per investigator with an initial retainer of $___________. Four hour minimum per investigator per day.

I/We understand that a retainer is a deposit and does not reflect the final amount of fees and costs. It is possible that, as the investigation continues, I/we may owe additional fees or costs.  At the conclusion of the investigation I/we may be entitled to a refund of unused fees.

The laws of the State of Florida shall govern this Professional Services Agreement.  Your signature below indicates your approval and acceptance to the terms of this Professional Services Agreement.

Neither representations, nor any warranties have been made regarding the outcome of this investigation.

I/we understand and agree that time spent in court, at deposition and so forth is billable and I/we agree to compensate the Agency for this time including preparation and stand-by time with regard to this case, any other actions that you might bring, others might bring, or the government might bring, with regard to any issue we become involved in on your behalf.

To the extent that I/we deem necessary, I/we have had the opportunity to consult with legal counsel before signing this Professional Services Agreement.

I have received a copy of this Agreement and each copy is to be considered an original.
